Shipping Policy

We proudly offer flat-rate shipping! 

$6 or $10 Standard up to 7 business days

$20 Express up to 3 business days 

Please note that we require 5 to 10 business days on average to process your order. This timeframe can vary, up to 15 business days (not including store vacation days, holidays or weekends) depending on order volume. Processing is how long it will take us to prepare your order for shipping. Shipping is how long it will take the carrier (USPS or UPS) to ship your order from us to your door. For any questions regarding shipments AFTER your order has been shipped, please contact the carrier and have your tracking info available. Stardust Beauty is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Rest assured we are working diligently to get your order to you as soon as possible! 

Once your order is placed, depending on your location, the estimated delivery time is between 3 to 7 business days. Please consider any holidays, natural disasters, store vacation days, or pandemics that may impact delivery times. Holidays include and are NOT limited to: New Year's Day, MLK Jr. Day, Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. 

Please note that many products are made to order so manufacturing times are longer than average for each handmade formulation. Times may be extended or vary for custom orders

Melted product policy

Please note that due to the blend of natural oils and butters (found in all of our products), they may melt in transit when exposed to warm temperatures. Although we cannot control the weather, we will do everything in our power to reduce the possibility of products melting. We advise that you track your package. As soon as your package is delivered, we advise that you remove it from mailbox/porch as soon as possible.

If your body butter, whipped soap, or any product arrives slightly melted, place the product in the refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes until it solidifies. Since our body butters + cream soaps are whipped, they may appear half full when fully melted. If your product is fully melted and you would like to return the product to the fluffy consistency, you can place it in the refrigerator or freezer until it gets a little firm. Then, you can use an electric mixer to return it to its fluffy consistency. Keep in mind that melting does not affect the quality of the product; it just changes the consistency. 

Please note that Stardust Beauty is not responsible for product melting during transit or delivery. Given this, we do not offer any refunds or replacements on melted products.

Our products should be stored in a cool and dry place, away from direct heat, moisture, and sunlight.

Helpful Information

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
Suppose your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item. In that case, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately upon availability. So, if you ordered more than one item on a single order and received only a part of your item, don’t worry; you will receive your other items in a separate package.

Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package.  If you have ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately, but no worries, no additional shipping is charged to you.  Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.  Tracking numbers are generated by USPS and/or UPS.  We do not own the tracking numbers nor do we deliver the package.

Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is only a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at stardustxbeauty@gmail.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.  We will not be responsible for replacing your order due to your error of entering the wrong address.

Returns:
Due to the nature of body care products, all sales are final. 

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Stardust Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to the address that you provided and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) with the information provided to you upon ordering. This is the responsibility of USPS or UPS and not the seller as we do not deliver the items.  We will not be able to replace or give a refund for lost or stolen packages since the delivery is out of our control once the package leaves our possession. Please visit the respective carriers website for assistance with potentially filing a claim.

Product Care & Storage

To preserve the texture, appearance, and performance of your Stardust Beauty treats, please store all products in a cool, dry place away from direct heat, sunlight, and excess humidity. Because many of our products are handcrafted with rich butters, oils, and other temperature-sensitive ingredients, softening or melting may occur during warm weather or transit.

Melting does not mean the product is damaged or unusable, but it may change the whipped texture, smooth appearance, or fill height. Whipped products contain air, so once melted and re-solidified, the product may look less full than it did originally. This is normal and does not mean any product is missing.

Always use clean, dry hands or a clean scoop when removing product from the jar. Avoid introducing water into any product, as this can affect texture, freshness, and overall performance.

Dreamwhip & Whipped Product Care

Dreamwhip and other whipped products should be stored upright in a cool, dry place away from heat sources, sunny windows, hot cars, and steamy environments whenever possible.

If your whipped product softens or melts, place it upright in the refrigerator until fully firm. The product will remain usable, although the texture may become denser or less fluffy after re-solidifying. For a more whipped texture, allow the product to become slightly softened after chilling, then re-whip gently with a clean hand mixer if desired.

Body Scrub Care

Body scrubs should be kept tightly closed when not in use and protected from water entering the jar. For best results, scoop out the desired amount with clean, dry hands or a spoon before stepping into the shower or bath.

While it is fine to keep your scrub in the bathroom, it should not be stored where shower spray, dripping water, or heavy steam can repeatedly reach the jar. Whenever possible, store scrubs outside direct shower spray in a cool, dry area.

If water enters the product, use it promptly and discontinue use if you notice any change in odor, color, or texture.

Warm Weather Notice

During warmer months, products made with natural butters and oils may soften or melt in transit or after delivery. Please retrieve packages promptly and avoid leaving products outdoors, in mailboxes, or inside hot vehicles for extended periods.
